Sister, I GET IT! I have been where you are... I've tried so many fad diets and spent hours at the gym doing exercises I hated all in the name of losing weight or trying to look the way society said I should.

I became a Certified Group Fitness Instructor to help women love and care for themselves so they can live a healthy, vibrant lifestyle for themselves and their families. I help them see that their worth is based on who they are in Christ... not the number on the scale or the tag of their clothes.
